Bavaria & Oberammergau 2010
Once every ten years, an unassuming village in the heart of the Bavarian Alps hosts an event that draws in hundreds of thousands. The moving re-enactment of Christ’s crucifixion and resurrection, known as the Passion Play, is a five-hour epic – a tragedy of death and the promise of life. Aside from the Passion Play itself, our tour visits fairytale castles and whimsical palaces and is truly an opportunity not to be missed!

It is a five-hour epic – a tragedy of death and the promise of life. Aside from the Passion Play itself, we stay in beautiful Lake Garda and scenic Murnau and include excursions to Milan to visit da Vinci’s ‘Last Supper’ and to romantic Venice!
